What we use

We use your contact details, shipping and billing information, order selections, uploaded photo and selected head to prepare your shirt, process your order, deliver it and provide support. WooCommerce stores the order and account information. Stripe processes payment details; full card numbers are not stored by this website.

Your photo

Upload one photo and choose the one person you want printed. Face suggestions help locate a head, rather than identify who a person is. Face selection runs in your browser. The selected head crop is sent to OpenAI for the photo quality check and AI cutout/placement preview. Our artist uses the original photo for final preparation.

Working photos are stored outside the public website folder with restricted access. We do not publish your order photos or use them in our own advertising without a separate agreement. The sample family on this website and in our launch video is fictional and AI-created.

Retention

Unordered working photos expire after 3 days. Working photos and generated previews attached to orders normally expire 60 days after the latest order that uses them. Scheduled cleanup runs daily, so deletion is not immediate at the exact expiry time. Order, payment and accounting records are kept separately for business and legal purposes. Service-provider retention and hosting backups can follow separate retention schedules.

Who processes order information

We use hosting and commerce services, Stripe for payments, Shippo and carriers for shipping, email providers for order messages, OpenAI for the selected-head photo check and preview, and tax-calculation services when enabled. Only order, recipient and shipment details needed for fulfillment are sent to Shippo; private face artwork stays in WordPress. Browser face-detection software may send usage and performance metrics to Google; it does not send your photos to Google.

Cookies and contact

Functional cookies keep your photo selection, cart, login and checkout session working. Advertising tracking is not required to place an order. Email us to request access, correction or deletion of your information. Some transaction records may need to be retained even when working photos or an account are removed. We do not sell your uploaded portraits.
