Shipping & production

Your favorite face, made to order and shipped from California.

When your shirt ships

We normally ship within 2–3 business days after receiving a usable photo and your payment. Production and carrier transit are separate. Weekends and holidays are not business days. If we need a replacement photo or clarification, production starts after that is resolved.

U.S. shipping · $5.99 per order

We ship within the United States. Standard shipping is $5.99 for the order, including orders with more than one shirt. Applicable tax is shown at checkout. We do not currently offer international shipping or a rush-delivery option.

Carrier transit varies by destination and service. Alaska and Hawaii can take longer. We do not guarantee delivery for a particular game, event or date.

Follow your order

Sign in through My orders with the email used at checkout. Your order status appears there, and tracking is added when your shipping label is ready. A new label can show “awaiting carrier pickup” until the carrier receives the parcel.

Address changes and delivery issues

Check your shipping address before paying. If you need a change, email sales@carefullycraftedcompany.com immediately with your order number. We can only change an address before the parcel ships. Contact us if a parcel is damaged, missing or marked delivered but cannot be located.
