We want your shirt to be something you are proud to wear.

Personalized for you

Each shirt is made with your selected photo, name, fabric and size. We do not accept change-of-mind returns or size exchanges for correctly made personalized shirts. Please use the size guide, check the name and review the selected head before checkout.

We will help if something is wrong

If your shirt arrives damaged, has a production defect, or differs from the photo, name, fabric or size on your order, email sales@carefullycraftedcompany.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can review it promptly. We will arrange an appropriate remake, replacement or refund for a confirmed problem with your order.

The preview shows approximate placement. Screen color, fabric drape and small differences from the hand-prepared final cutout can vary; a materially incorrect or defective item is still something we want to resolve.

Changes and cancellations

Contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel an order. We will confirm whether production has begun and what can still be changed. Once a personalized transfer or shirt is in production, changes or cancellation may no longer be possible.

If we cannot produce your shirt from the photo you provide, we will ask for a replacement. If no suitable photo can be supplied before production, we will cancel and refund the order. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method; bank processing times vary.

This policy does not limit rights that apply under consumer law. Please contact us before sending an item back so we can give you the correct instructions.
